He Referred me to a Spine Specialist. Now what can I expect? My arms and hands are swollen most the time these days and Numb and tingly. My feet and legs stay swollen. I have had a Dull nagging headache for 2 months. Since my sister talked me into going to the Chiropractor and she done 3 treatments on me. She used a tool she called a Small Jack Hammer used to realign the spine. I do not sleep well the past year I am lucky to sleep 4 or 5 hours a night. I Can not stand over 20 minutes at a time with out my legs getting so Shakey I feel like they will collapse. And Am having Bladder leakage problems. I go from Constipation to Diahrea without any notice. It is a choir just to brush my hair. Cooking meals and taking care of the house is gotten impossiable. I have to use a stool to sit on just to cook a meal. Doing the dishes or running the Vacuum is something I have so much pain doing I want to Cry from the Pain. I am just hoping with what they Call Degenerative Spinal Disc Disease and Degenerative Bone Disease there is something that can be done. I can not take Pain Medication Orally It causes Bleeding from my Ulcer. I Live in Georgia. I stay in the basement and I have all hardwood floors, with two small area rugs. I have a dog I have flea infestation. I bought some Precor, and followed those directions. I also got a flea fogger and bombed the house. I vacuumed the floors, the rugs, my bed, my couch, and washed everything in hot water, and my dry clean only items I dried on high for 30 minutes. I got rid of the bag immediately after vacuuming. I also mopped and swept after vacuuming. My dog has been properly treated and is flea free (we went to the vet yesterday). That was two weeks ago and I am seeing baby fleas now, which I was expecting because of the cycle of flea. I bombed again and sprayed the Precor and did the cleaning regimen once again. Tonight I have found 4 baby fleas within 30 minutes. What else can I do? I am at my whits end!!!

How can I protect myself from noise complaints when I live in an 2nd floor apartment?

I am really frustrated. We moved into our apartment about three months ago and about two months ago a new neighbor moved in down stairs. He compains constantly about our noise level and today two of our apartment office staff came to my apt and asked me to keep it down. We have a two year old and a 6 year old and it is summer so there is no school. The second day that this guy moved in he beat on his ceiling while my son was throwing a tantrum (about 530pm). Our apt rules our a 1000pm quite time and my kids are in bed my 7pm. I realize that kids are loud but I can't control every noise that they make (ie tantrums). Today I was vacuuming and of course kids freak with vacuums and run away from them. They had just finished dinner and right before that they had been playing video games (the youngest was watching my oldest play). About 5 minutes after I started vaccuuming the apt people came and beat on my door. So in a at least a two hour time frame we had been virtually silent and the second we make any noise this guy calls the office on us. I have talked to him and he even stated himself that the noise is always between 1000am and 7pm. He also said he was trying to sleep and that was why the noise was bothering him. I don't know what to do. Im sorry that he wants to sleep at 5 in the afternoon but most of America does not get to have that schedule. I also can't keep my kids silent ALL day. He plays his music and has friends over on the weekend and I have never complained about him. Its an apt and people make noise. I expect it and don't make a big deal about it. I am afraid that the apts will eventually try and kick us out. THey said they have a three strikes rule and they have already been by twice. They even encouraged me to think about if we really needed a garage and if we might think about a first floor apt. Yes I want the garage and does that even matter? I don't want to move again. I told them to put some one with kids underneath us but they said they can't make him move... wow. as Im writing this my kids are in bed (its 715) and he has started up with some god awful loud music. I don't want to start a "war" with my neighbor but I am wondering if they can kick us out? We dont' make noise after curfew and even then if the police were ever called, we wouldn't be issued a citation because its kids and not a tv or radio or party or anything... What are the laws about this sort of thing?

Workplace Hostility and Possible Infraction of Regulations.?

In my company we're dealing with heavy amount of backlog. We've lost about 12 employees in the last 5 months and about 15% of the workplace is in restricted duties or on leave due to work-related injuries. The new operational manager uses fear and intimidation to pressure supervisors and now it's coming down to the regular workers. My co-worker just kept saying "Why are you doing this, I'm doing my job. What is it that you want?" I intervened asking what's going on he kept saying the guy doesn't meet his expectations and we need to get thing moving within an allowed time. Well, my co-worker has been doing that so I ask what the problem was and he kept repeating himself. I asked the sup if he wants to talk to the HR and he said no and instead he called a manager on vacation asking him he's having problems with my shift and asked a permission to have us sent home. That didn't happen but afterwards the sup told my co-worker not to bring this up to anyone else in the management staff. The other managers seem unwilling to help just citing productivity issues. Now the sup is saying that he was offended that I raised my voice. And he did apologize to my co-worker. Should I go consult a lawyer about this? My co-worker looked scared and upset so I stepped in. I enjoy doing the quests as each one rewards about 1000 exp., but it seems that hwen I go to complete a quest in Elywin Forest for example, it leads me into another quest in Westfall, which leads me further and further away from some other quests that I have to complete yo the East of Elywin Forest, but the chain of quests doesn't stop, so I have no time to complete the other quests (and even if I did, it would lead me in the other direction)! I was wondering, what is the best way to go a bout clearing all of these linked quests up to have just one set of quests. Is it that I must focus just on one side, forget about the other for the moment and just do those until they stop, or should I do one on one side then one on the other? What is wrong with our refrigerator?

We have a Maytag model RTD1900DAB refrigerator (which I believe was manufactured in 1994) which has a freezer at the top with an ice maker inside. We have had frequent issues with the ice maker inside the freezer but very few with the freezer or refrigerator themselves. On a regular basis, the ice created by the ice maker will freeze into one large block; we will then pull the ice box out, melt the ice out and melt the ice frozen inside the tube which pours the water into the ice maker which then fixes the problem. Last night, we discovered that the refrigerator was very warm. We pulled the bottom vent off and vacuumed the dust and dog hair out from underneath the refrigerator, closed it back up, then gently pulled the refrigerator out and vacuumed behind it removing the dust and dog hair there as well. We pushed the refrigerator back and were careful to make sure the cords were still plugged in and in tact. We also noticed at this time the ice was frozen in a solid chunk, so we melted it and cleaned that part of the freezer as we usually do. The freezer was still very cold like it should be (still is this morning too), but no change in the refrigerator temperature. In addition, we noticed that only one batch of about six ice cubes was made overnight (which isn't normal). This morning, I noticed that a lot of water is dripping inside the refrigerator now. What could be going on? I can't imagine it's the seal on the refrigerator or freezer door, because it's a sudden problem that's come up. I'm only a 24 year old woman so I don't know how to open the compartments up and check any of the coils. I don't know how this particular refrigerator works but it seems to me that the problem could be with the freezer needing to be defrosted as there is a light frosty deposit on the back interior of the freezer too. Have Chrysler 360 marine engine, but it wont idle?

have 78 power boat with two chrysler 360 engines. I sent the carbs out to be rebuilt and put them back on. I got the engines idling for a day. They sounded great. The thing is one carb is a carter, the other a weber 4bbl. The carter has a vacuum choke, the weber was given back with an electric choke. So the next day i wired the electric choke, and the engine fired right up and revved up, then died. I am finding that the engine no longer wants to idle. No matter what adjustments i make, she wont idle. Also inside the weber there is fuel puddling up, and there is fuel leaking from the gasket between the intake manifold and the carb. Its a lot to explain but i hope its easy to fix.

What's up with my brain?

for some reason all this random stuff randomly pops into my head at random times, peoples names and things that i dont even know who they are then i have to google the thing ive thought of to find out what it is. like for example i was vacuuming the living room and thought the great gatsby. dont know why, didnt even know what it was, then i had to find out. if i dont know what it is why is it in my brain? theres been to connection with it. it happens all the time and i dont know why.

Is my keyboard broken?

So its only my D key on an asus g50vt-x5 gaming laptop.I really don't eat at my laptop too much, and if I did, I've already taken all the keys off and used a vacuum cleaner with a keyboard attachment on it, as well as a can of compressed air. Its only the one key and and it usually get stuck, but it occasionally just has a long bouceback time (it takes longer to spring back up). Any ideas on what i should do next would be greatly appreciated, I cant play bad company 2 with it like this!

I e-filed my taxes 5 days ago and it still has not been accepted. Could there be a problem?

I e-filed my taxes on Jan. 12th. I know they didn't begin processing them until the 14th, but they say it should take 24-48 hours to accept your e-file. It's now into the 5th day since they began processing and my e-file is still pending. I've never had to wait this long for them to accept my e-file before. Could there be a problem or is the IRS just really backlogged this year from everyone e-filing at once when the gates opened on the 14th? Is anyone else still waiting for theirs to be accepted after this long? Thanks in advance for any help.

you need the express card plug in slot ...which your laptop doesn't have you eSATA is shared with the USB 2.0 so if you had something plugged into the USB slots you would slow down the eSATA anyway. the paper work for the UAD does mention eSATAs but no mention of any plug adapter..only an accelerator.

Computer printer mystery?

Bought new laptop w/ win. 7. Hooked up old printer from win. 2000 unit and printed successfully. A few days later it wouldn't print...ink light flashing but cartridges are not old or empty. HP website diagnosed the problem as a print queue backlog jam ... properties say no jobs waiting though. I've unplugged everything several times, rebooted several times. Anyone know something else, or is it new printer time? Thanks

2003 GTI 1.8 burning oil?

I have a 2003 Volkswagen GTI 1.8t manual 5spd w/silverline exhaust and ABD intake. When it's idling I can smell the oil burning but don't see smoke. Smell goes away when driving but if i stop and just idle the engine for awhile it starts to blow blue smoke out the exhaust but it goes away again after driving.. Thought it was because of the valve cover gasket that was leaking but after replacing it there's no difference. Could it be from oil on the engine from when the VC gasket was leaking? It could also be from the turbo because I've noticed when boosting (mainly in first gear) it looses power and jerks a little at about 2500rpms that I attributed to a leak in a vacuum hose (I can hear it leak when the turbo starts to spool) but starting to think the turbo might be starting to go bad. Any ideas on what could be making it burn oil like this???

Nothing that would be worth it. That computer is six years old. You can only upgrade the CPU to a faster Pentium 4, which definitely isn't worth it. No PCIe slots or even an AGP slot, so a video card is pointless. You could put a bigger hard drive in it, but honestly, what is the point? That computer is worth less than $100. Save your money for a better one.

90 Celica idling high...what's the cause?

I've got a 1990 Celica GT with the 5SFE 2.2L 5-speed engine. Ever since I've had the car, it idles all the time from the lowest of 1500rpm to the highest of 2000rpm. The lowest I've ever seen it idle is 1000rpm and that was for 3 seconds. It does that sometimes. It's like the rpm's just dip down to 1000 for a quick couple seconds then they rise right back up to 1500-2000. I've done some basic troubleshooting such as spraying carb/brake cleaner around possible leaking points like the intake manifold, injectors, vacuum hoses and lines, and valve cover. But spraying those points does not seem to make the engine's rpms change. I'm pretty puzzled as to what could be causing this issue. And since this is an OBD0 car, I don't have a scanner that will work with it. Also, this sometimes works and sometimes doesn't, but I can tap the gas pedal real quick and the idles come down to around 1500-1600. Doesn't always work though. I've checked the idle screw on the throttle body as well and it's screwed all the way in. If I back it out at all, it makes the engine idle even higher. Any thoughts or suggestions from anyone?

Keeping a house clean?

Unless you are willing to clean it all the time, or get your roomies to do their part, you will always have roaches and gnats and probably rats. Personally, I'd start looking for another place. With all that would need to be done in such a nasty place you won't have much time for yourself, if you wanted to keep it clean. I couldn't live in a place with dog feces and urine all over the place, filth in every room and insect infestations. Might as well live in a barn. Just move. It will save you time in the long run.

My ferret has fleas!?

If your not seeing anything on him, it may be mites. I have a guinea pig who had mites when I first got her. It never got that bad as to the point where she had scabs, because I noticed it right away. But have you noticed him slightly jumping? Almost as if he was about to have a sizure? Obviously it not getting that bad, but that can also be a symptom. Call your vet right away. They will be able to give you a definete answer as to wether its mites, fleas, or something else, and they can get your ferret the right treatment.

Toyota Camry stalling issue?

I have a 1993, 4 cylinder, automatic, toyota camry. recently I had a friend of mine replace the head gasket because it blew. Since then the only trouble I've been having with the car is that it stalls after I floor it (if I have to get up to speed quickly, not necessarily putting the pedal all the way down). After i floor it it will start jumping, like it's out of gas, when I take my foot off the gas pedal. Once I stop or have to slow down the RPM's just drop and the car stalls. I can't get it to start in neutral after this, so I have to stop the car and turn it off then back on, then it will run fine again. If i let the car slowly get up to speed instead of flooring it, it won't stall. I've checked the vacuum hoses and they seem fine. What could be causing this?

Are what my parents asking for from me expected or is this child abuse ? ?

This is really hard for me to say but from the time that I was ten I became very depressed and from then on I have NEVER lived the life of a child. When I was ten my parents stop letting watch tv or even play with dolls or my friends. I wasn't allowed to go over to my friends houses or do anything that a child should be able to do instead they made me clean and cook and constant bases where now that has become my whole entire life. all that i do is cook and clean, and in my house that is more important than school. When I come home from school instead of being able to study or rest for a little I have to cook and then After that I have to wash dishes and sweep the floor. Then I must take out the garbage. By the time that I am done with doing all of that I only have an hour to do any school work or study and I must maintain my spot on the honor role. So now when I have done all of that I have to use the 2 hour break that I get at school to do all of my school work and I have to skip lunch. On the weekend my life gets even worse I have to cook dinner and then I have to vacuum the house and dust and give the house a full cleaning and laundry I get little to no time to myself and then I just go back into the same routine. My parents seem to believe that I should spend all of my free time cooking or clean with none spend on what I want to do.My friends and family all say that I seem depressed and it has started to show in my everyday life at school I'm an very quite and secluded and my posture is very bad and I always have my head down and the saddest thing is that now that I'm sixteen I don't have a life I smile little or most days not at all and I always look sad and feel sad. I can't go out with my friends or even date a guy. I really want to know if this is the normal life that a sixteen year old should live? def get a professional carpet cleaner. but get one that uses green or organic products. so much better. i get my carpets professionally cleaned at least every 3 months. keeps my carpet feeling and looking great. plus my carpet cleaner doesnt use a boat load of water like steam cleaners so my carpets dry pretty quick.

My breasts did the same thing :) And I worried the same (with my first). The don't feel "full" or hard anymore, they are soft and squishy... but he is now 6 months and 18 lbs :) It is normal- you actually shouldn't wait till your breasts are hard to feed, your body is always making milk don't stress it. Thinking you have a low supply is the number one reason ppl quit breastfeeding but just stick with it. If you still worry just call the doc and ask if you can come in just for a quick weight check to show you that he is sitll gaining :) If you want to try to increase your supply try Fenugreek or Mother's Milk Tea. Also, nurse on demand, the more he nurses the more you'll make. And about being fussy-- babies get fussy like that sometimes. All 3 of my boys did. A lot of times it means they have a burp to get out and sometimes they just fuss. Just relax and work thru it, it calms down! I found that nursing in the bath with my youngest helped a lot cuz he was very fussy when he was a newborn. Good luck and just stick with it!! It does get easier!!

have you played about with the bike atal? adding big bore kits, power pipes etc will mean you need to set the bike up percisely, it could be the roller weights are wrong, it could be the carb jetting is out, or it could a variator belt worn etc.

I can't speak for certain on these cheaper sound in a box ones, but an a/v receiver should have a connection on the back labeled either TV monitor or monitor in or something along those lines. you'd simply hook up the tv's rca output to the monitor input on the stereo, then turn it to tv setting to listen to the tv. Atleast that's how all my onkyo's & harmon kardon's have worked throughout my lifetime.

I just moved into my new house and there is a HORRIBLE odor of Dog urine. The rental company I am working with claim they professionally washed the carpet, but the smell remained. It's hard to say whether you get in because we take SATs and ACTs and don't know how to translate your scores. However the colleges will look at many things in your application. Ivy Leagues especially look at much more than numbers, they will take extracurricular activities, volunteer service, work, etc. into consideration. So if you don't have a lot other than the grades/scores, then your chance lowers a lot. Sometimes private schools are harder to get into than the Ivy Leagues though because they are so small and look at names or specific requirements/majors.
