Last chaos error: "last chaos is already running on your system?"?

Open task manager (CTRL + ALT + DEL) And go to processes. Find the process of "Last chaos" (It is something like Lastchaos.exe or something like that.) and right click it, then choose end process. Then you should be able to play the game.
