Is there still a parcel backlog due to the snow which has pretty much cleared up?

I had ordered several things from the East coast a couple of days before Christmas. They originally showed a delivery date of Dec 29th and 30th. I have not received any of them yet and most now have a delivery date of Jan 4th and 5th. So yes, USPS, UPS, FedEX ground all are still trying to play catch-up due to Christmas, the snow storm, and New Years. Likely they will get most of it cleared up by Jan 6th.
