Why no good jobs for backlogers?

Iam a btech(IT) graduate and i have some backlogs. But iam very good in technical. I scored 80% in my projects, and 95% in my final year labs.And I know prog lang like c++, VB.NET, C#.NET, ASP etc. Iam not even able to attend the interviews bcoz of the arriers. Do you know any company that really looking for talent not graduation. if yes plz heip me....
