How long does it takes to go to LCCT from Sunway?

I have a ticket for a flight in LC CT and i'm staying in Sun way. The plane will depart at 13.15 and the check-in counter will close 45 minutes before the flight. i'm only able to go to the airport after 10.30 because i need to do something before that. My question is, what time do I have to go to the Airport from Sunway? My flight is on a Tuesday, so I guess there won't be much traffic. Thanks in advance :)
