What is the best from the store product for removing carpet odor?

Try using one of those dry carpet cleaners that is mostly baking soda. Shake it into the carpet and allow to stand overnight, then vacuum. Then USE a carpet/rug cleaner. You dont have to do the whole room, just the area with the stain.
