I am a b.tech in computers but i am having backlogs.so now what can i do is there any company who hire backlog?

i am having backlogs.though i have given the papers and waiting for the result.So please help me out. is there any companies who hire backlogs engeeniers?????help me out.i am having 60% marks.i am from delhi rohini
