When will my phone be delivered?

I ordered a Blackberry Curve 9300 3G on the 5/12/10 and T - Mobile said it'd be with me on the Tuesday, She then said Wednesday. We rung up Wednesday and it wasn't there and she said we don't know when it'll be delivered. Great lie, idiots. We then rung up again on Monday and asked T - Mobile when it was coming, they said it was on the van for that day. Another lie. Then we rung up Royal Mail and they said it'll be with you sometime this week. It's Thursday the 16th December tomorrow and it better be here. But because of the backlog from the snow etc it'd be late, yes but if it would be late they should do more deliveries to get it here on time. I've waited nearly 10 days. This isn't good enough. When would it be delivered???
