Im breastfeeding a 5 week old baby...!?

This is totally normal. I've nursed 3 babies and I can tell you that if your baby is peeing and pooping and spitting up, he is most certainly getting plenty. Your breasts will get to a 'normal' size once your milk supply has regulated so don't worry about that either. You're doing great and please just relax b/c he's getting more than enough. Oh and I never ever pumped.
