Why does my yamaha jog rr lc lose power or revs?

have you played about with the bike atal? adding big bore kits, power pipes etc will mean you need to set the bike up percisely, it could be the roller weights are wrong, it could be the carb jetting is out, or it could a variator belt worn etc.
