Diploma in Heath and safety..!!?

Could anyone say me, is Diploma in Health and safety environment has a Good future in India as well as in Gulf countries?? I am pursuing my graduation in Bsc.Biotech (final year)and i fear that i will have few backlogs so thinking to do 1 year diploma in Health and safety environment in NIFS (http://www.nifsindia.net/courses.htm)..So i need opinion shall i go for it or shall i do any other course which has good future..Because i am no way near to do my masters after completing graduation..!!
