How long does an apartment complex have to return the security deposit in Oklahoma after I move out?

I moved out of my apartment on 12/12/10 and I have not gotten my security deposit back. I went to the management office about a month ago and was told I was getting a refund but they were a little backlogged and hadn't gotten to mine yet. It's been 2 1/2 months and I could really use that money. Any idea how much longer they legally have?
