What's the song's name ?

There's two different songs playing at the same time while the guy's talking but the song that plays by itself for the first couple of seconds sounds Sooo familiar. I think it's either Jim Jones, Camron or Juelz Santana but I can't find the song & it's driving me crazy, like it's prolly doing to you. .
