I got 10th and inter above 60% marks and now i am studying btech 3rd year in nagarjuna univertsity?

i got 60% in these 3 years but not completed each semister i got a backlogs but i was completed each of that and i am interested in java and good in seminor and GD'S , AM I GET SOFTWARE JOB? Give me suggestions how can i improved my skills and education?
