You sound like a good guy and she would be lucky to have someone who cares for her that much. But the only thing I would tell you is to not rush into things so quickly. I see that your intentions are simply that you like her and want to get to know her but being too eager and declaring that you have strong feelings for her might scare her off. Start slowly and build a solid foundation and then all of these things that you see as obsticals right now wont be that big of an issue down the road. Dont make all of your decisions now and use the fact that you do want to truly give her a better life be your motivation for staying in school bur first and foremost try to talk to her and get a sense of how she feels for you.
