According to the leader of Exeter City Council, the mounting rubbish crisis is 'not a problem'?

This does prove one thing though , this nation is greedy , avarice , dirty , horrible. Seeing all that rubbish piling up seems to show the British people are selfish and arrogant , with the attitude that 'it is not our fault' and always blame everyone but themselves. The weather knocked out the normal weekly process of collections and attempting to drive these big cleansing lorries in confined spaces is a terribly difficult job , just imagine that your car was crushed by one as it slewed all over the shop uncontrolably. Selfish people spouting their vile on the telly is a total disgrace and seemed to be prompted to do so for an effect. Take your own waste to the dump yourselves and help the council workers get back to normal. The whole point of appreciating your council workers is not to ignore them , what would you really do without them in reality?
